Excellent hotel with great customer service. The owner treated us to homemade wine, took us to the equipment rental place and then helped to take us back. Picked us up during a heavy snowfall. The cuisine was very tasty. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. It’s quite close to the Shino lift, but you still have to walk, but if Alpina works, it will be very easy and convenient to get to the slopes + the owner is always ready to throw you up to the lift.

Nice place, the room was designed in loft style which I adore. The big plus is it is located close to lifts, so no need to walk for a long time with equipment. There is also equipment rent downstairs with good prices. Room was clean, there are all facilities you need, like washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, etc. Highly recommend this place

It was a very enjoyable experience during our stay there. The place is very convenient since its very close to gondola, ski lifts and supermarket. And as the host, michael was very helpfull and very responsive which at the end, adding extra points staying at the property. Though wanted to put some notes on the warm water availability sometimes during evening time, however this is not a show stopper for us to enjoy the place.
