Little paradise - if you are looking for a place to relax surrounded by nature you can hardly find any better. Take the breakfast and dinner option and you will get delicious homemade food. The rooms are very nice, clean and offer a great view. Apart from that, the family running the guest house is exceptional. We loved it all and highly recommend a stay at Kokhta guest house.

The place was extremely cozy and the bed pretty comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The caravan even has air conditioning, a blessing in the hotter days. The hosts were helpful and really nice.

Paradise! This guesthouse is amazing. Perfect for hikers and families. The facilities (rooms, showers, etc.) are cozy and homey. The location is perfect - right on the river and center of the lovely village. The balcony has great views. Helped us with everything needed to go to the great Tobavarchkhili Lakes trek. Additional sightseeing around Mukhuri with Luka and Uta was fun and beautiful. The food Shorena has cooked (and invented) was delicious. Best hospitality we have ever experienced!! I stayed one night on my way to Mestia by bike and I was very happy. Nino and Tengo welcomed me very friendly and gave me a very nice room. The house is really very authentic. I had all the facilities. The location is very close to the main road and easy.

We stopped at Guest House Knarik accidentally as dusk caught us on our way to Mestia and… it was one of the most powerful and beautiful experiences for us (me, the love of my life and his parents). Don’t expect the usual comforts of the modern Western Europe standards however for the those of you who embrace the culture and old fashioned approach it will be a journey in itself. Staying with Knarik family was like going back in time to my childhood and staying in my grandparents village house. Grandma Knarik showered us with kindness, great Georgian food, homemade wine drank from the horn with her and her husband. (We laughed whole heartedly while sharing the old Georgian traditions with our hosts). Legendary Georgian hospitality and the food full of flavour and aroma (especially morning pancakes) will live with for me forever.

Incredibly friendly hosts eager to cater to your needs. Conveniently located on the main road towards mestia and some really beautiful mountains. Generous hosts provide trafiditional home made meals using homemade products. Highly recommend!
