I love this place, very confortable place. Ineza and nini are awasome people, they helped me if i ever needed enything. Room was very clean. In kitchen is everything you need. I didnt have time but i would have stayed longer I will be back for sure.

Disclaimer: this is a new hotel, everything is fresh from sheets to wooden furniture. We were one of the first guests. Very cozy new hotel in the center of Mestia near the central square. Spacious and comfortable room with a large balcony with sun loungers and a view of the mountains, very comfortable mattress, practical bathroom with underfloor heating and excellent plumbing, good heating throughout the hotel. Decent European style breakfast. On the first floor there’s very cozy common area where you can spend time in the evening. Very friendly owners who will always help with anything, they’ll give you advice on local restaurants and places to visit and see. Owners speak at least English, German, Georgian and Russian. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place to anyone to stay in Mestia.

I enjoyed location by itself. The view was exceptional, Ushba mountain was literally in front of our window. Staff was very helpful. The owner of the place was caring and helped us with transfer from nearby village (The place where marshutka dropped us). We tried different food at the restaurant and none of the dishes disappointed us, delicious. Breakfast was filling. Different food was served every morning. My favourite were pancakes, wish they served it every day.

This hotel have a nice cozy balcony offer a great view of Mestia town and mountain Ushba. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. I believe the hotel is running by a family and the vibe is very comfy, host and staff are very helpful and welcoming. We stayed here total 3 nights before and after our hiking to Ushguli, they took care of our luggage and laundry properly, really appreciated. Location also very good, 5mins walk from the central.

Great stay in Mestia! Central location, quiet, nice shared balcony with a view to the town and mountains. Aza was really nice and helpful, spoke English well. Room was clean, well equipped, bed and sheets were comfortable. Towels provided and wifi was working well. Street parking is available.

The room was quite big, clean and comfortable, shared kitchen with a fridge, a washing machine and a terrace can be used. The staff is nice. The place has a restaurant and the grocery on site. OK wifi, free parking on the street. Nice view to Mestia. it was possible to pay for stay by card.

Nice, warm room with balcony, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Private free parking a bonus. We were travelling out of season so price was excellent. We asked to check-out late after a hike and it was no problem at all. Overall great place to stay in Mestia.

Mestia is wonderful place and this hotel is ideal for your stay. Owner lady speaks perfect english - she is an english teacher. Breakfast was great (I recommend you to try local honey and jam). You will be very happy with the stay if you choose this hotel. There was also free parking around the hotel, if you came by car.

Hotel manager was super friendly and helpful in every way. Hotel was part of historic towers of mestia and interesting place to stay. Great terrace to drink and dine from with great views.. does have car parking but you need to ask at reception for location.
