Konstantin House is one of those places that's a joy to discover after spending days in less-than-comfortable accommodations. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a beautiful sea-view terrace. Overall, the guesthouse is new and spotless. A large, well-equipped kitchen is available for guests. The staff is kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The presence of a very sweet dog, some cats, and a freely roaming rabbit makes the whole experience quite idyllic, especially thanks to the lush green surroundings. Essentially, it's a great place to stay within the surprising village of Sarpi. Finally, 5 minutes down steep stairs will take you directly to the border.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Otakhebi with my family and I have to say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by a friendly host who made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly renovated apartment. The location is perfect — close to the sea, yet quiet and not crowded. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our windows. I stayed here with my husband and our child, and it’s an excellent place for families. There’s a playground nearby, and many children play safely in the street. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was fantastic — very attentive and responsive. When I mentioned that the washing machine wasn’t working well, they brought a brand-new one within just 2–3 hours so I could wash our things without any trouble. Truly impressive! Very nice people, a great location, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.
