It is very close to Vardzia Caves - 5 minutes walk to the entrance. We enjoyed the quietness and closeness to the river, the hospitality of the hosts ( including Bobby the little dog ), and we felt at home straight away.

This hotel is in a fabulous location overlooking the cliff, just 15 minutes from the Vardzia Caves. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is the most special that we tasted during the trip. We also tasted the purple potatoes, which were very tasty. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great place, clean and comfortable, among nature at short walking distance from the caves. Great hosts. Georgi and Dariajan honor people of Georgia with their lovely hospitality spirit and made us feel at home. Great food (Dariajan could open a restaurant 😊) with products from the garden… Absolutely delicious. Many thanks for these nice moments that will stay in our memory. We spent two days at Tirebi farmhouse and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Giorgi, Marina and Sergo were very friendly and we had interesting conversations. Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!
