We had a wonderful one night stay here. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Tsotne's wonderful family. All the family were so so nice. We had an excellent evening meal here along with a bottle of homemade red wine. The breakfast was also excellent. The room itself is new, fresh and very comfortable. Overall a brilliant experience and we would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

Fantastic everything!!! Communication was amazing, we had bad weather on our way there so were delayed arriving, Nika kindly checked on our safely along the way. Our room was toastie warm on arrival and immaculate !! It also had everything that we needed. We opted to have dinner and breakfast and the food was superb. The location is quiet, authentically rural and only a short stunning drive to Varzia. Thank you Nika and family for a beautiful stay

One of the best hotels for me for ever. In reality better then on photos. Special I would like to mark a gardeners work. The territory of a hotel is big and to keep it in these conditions is great and hard work! Everything is simple but very stylish. I wish I returned here again.

If you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, that's the place! There are only two rooms and this provides a very intimate experience. Host are super welcoming and great to talk to. Food and Georgi's wine among the best we had in Georgia (and we been in Georgia many times!). The place is outside of the crowded part of Vardzia and is extremely quiet. Rooms are very good and tastefully furnished. A highlight of our trip!

A beautiful and unique guesthouse! Yes, the road might be a bit bumpy, but it is totally worth the trouble!!! This was probably the most authentic guesthouse we visited while in Georgia!
