A bit of the beaten track, but The moment you drive onto there property you get to meet a really warm and welcoming family. They are very generous and have a beautiful accomodation. The food they serve was the best I had so far in Georgia. Especially the breakfast was a feast!

It's very cozy. The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The property has a nice garden with hammocks and the chalet itself has outdoor seating too - perfect for a morning coffee. There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city.
