Great value for the price paid. Apartments are situated in Agios Nicolaos, the most charming settlement on Sithonia in my opinion with lot of great tavernas.There are few great beaches nearby. We stayed here for 9 nights and everything was just perfect. The apartment was very clean and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Irina and her husband were wonderful hosts – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even treated us to fresh grapes and a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely gesture. We truly felt taken care of and enjoyed our time here a lot. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The owner is very kind and hospitable. She had left us a welcome gift- fruits, snacks and drinks. Thank you, Anastasia! The house is clean, very comfortable and equipped for everything a family needs- even dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen with utilities. There is a food-store nearby. You can reach the house via the ring road, it’s not necessary to drive through the village. There are some nice beaches nearby (by car)- Lagonisi, Karidi, Tigania. The center of the village is on 5 min walking distance, with 5-6 tavernas/pizza places and a nice pastry nearby.

I think it was one of my good luck day when i was seeking a room on my mobile phone while laying at the beach. Comments on this place was charming and i trust the comments. We first met Matina while she was waving us to help directing our car in the yard with a welcoming smile on her face. Hospitality starts at the begining without any lose until the last moment. We can not call this building as a hotel but it is absolutly a fully furnished guest house with hotel atmosphere. Matina and Dmitris are hosts, we are their guests..this is how i felt indeed. There is no doubt that we will stay here again in the future. This house with gorgeous owners fully deserve our respect for qualified service and perfect designed apartments. Congragulations to designer and builder. :) It is exiting to feel that you are leaving like someone from your family at the end of your stay. Thank you Matina, thank you Dmitris..
