We arrived in Cretan Villa and the host, Manos was very kind and welcoming. He gave us a lot of suggestions as far as where to go and where to dine. Poppi was waiting for me when I arrived. The appartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all the equipment you need for simple cooking and some lovely extras like biscuits, olive oil, tea/coffee, milk etc. The appartment I stayed in doesnt have a sea view (although the wrap around balcony means you can sit and look at the sea from one side) but it backs onto the sea with a nice beach within meters. I was working online while I was there, the internet wasnt super fast, but it was adequate.

The apartment is very modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room and two good size balconies all finished to a high standard and a very good taste. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove top (all electric) a Nespresso machine and mugs, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery pots and pans, basically everything you need. It’s a 15 minute walk from the local beach and downtown so parking is not a problem. You can park on the street easily or at the property. There are many supermarkets nearby too. The host is very thoughtful and attentive. There was olive oil, coffee, sugar, tea, jam, honey, Nutella, toasted bread and also a bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge waiting for us, which is a really nice touch. The host was very easy to communicate with, she always responded immediately and gave us very good recommendations for the best beaches and tavernas around. We’d love to come back here again ❤️

This is a beautiful apartment, very well designed and decorated. The bedroom was large, the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a very good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very close to the centre, with a free car park nearby. Foteini was very helpful and responsive, obviously wanting guests to have the best experience in the apartment and Ierapetra. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This is a beautiful little house on three floors with one bedroom on each floor, and a sofa which becomes a double bed on the ground floor where the kitchen and main bathroom is. It would suit families with kids or groups of friends as the property can accommodate a total of 6-7 if there are 2 or 3 couples sharing. There is a master bedroom on the top floor which is quite spacious while the first floor has the bunk bed - the lower bunk can accomodate two slim adults or two kids while the top is a baby bed so only up to 70 kg. The hosts have made exceptionally good use of the limited space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, microwave, cooker, even a dishwasher, essential spices and olive oil/vinegar as well as a welcome treat of wine and sweets. There was hot water throughout the property, plenty of extra linens, and air condition on every floor along with two balconies. The main bedroom and the living area have big TV screens with free Wifi and Netflix, etc. There is a full washing machine inside the first floor WC with detergents, a first aid kit, a sewing kit, and a number of little thoughtful touches such as baby wipes in the bathroom, games for kids (and board games for adults), and clever lighting such as the electronic mirror lighting on first floor WC. Communication with the hosts was fast via email and, although we didn't meet them as keys are picked up at the property via a secure box, I am sure they would have responded immediately if we had had any queries. We only spent one night there which was unfortunate as we would have loved to stay longer - this is a great place for holidaying within Ierapetra, almost directly across from one of the port beaches with numerous restaurants on your doorstep and shops and local sights nearby. There is free on-street parking close by as well as the free port parking (the house itself is on a cobbled side-street). We hope to return again for a longer stay and highly recommend it!

A quiet lication with 3 bedrooms snd a nice huge balcony with view at the sea,across the street. Boulevard starts just as you cross the street. Lots of restaurants,bars,shops along the boulevard after few minutes walk Bakery next door,,Supermarket nearby as well. The apptm is at the 2nd floor, is spacious and has a large kitchen. We ddnt cook. You can just park along the street in front.iof the apptm. Fortress about 30 minutes walk. Owners very kind and friendy,willing to help. They even decorated the apptm for my husbands birthday and made a reservation at a very good restauran for us.etc. So that was a great welcome! Thanks a lot for everything

Everything was ok, the owners are kind and nice. The apartement is in the center of the city and has a stunning view over the sea and coast. Free parking near and everything you could need inside, for cooking and everything else. Ierapetra is a really nice city and this is a place to be. Thank you

Very friendly and polite personnel . Breakfast was very good and dinner was fair. The room was very clean and there is a very spacious parking lot. There is also an elevator with direct access to the beach, which is very helpful particularly for parents with a stroller.

Accommodation was fantastic. Apartment is brand new with both dishwasher and washing machine available. There is a large fridge with the freezer, so you can stock up ingredients if you like home cooking. AC is available in every room. There is also excellent WiFi, table tennis and swings. Plenty of secure car parking. Our host was superb and helpful during our stay. Nearby beaches (10+ minutes drive) are excellent and were never crowded. Ierapetra town centre is 10 minutes drive with plenty of restaurants with excellent food.

Spacious and well equipped (including washing machine) new apartment in the centre of Ierapetra near everything. Powerful A/C. Clean. George was very kind offering us cakes fresh fruit jams etc. Free parking not an issue, as it's easily available in the aerea

Very nice and friendly place, super clean, in a side street that is quiet. Good breakfast which you take in a separate sunny dining area! Very close to the beach, around 10-15 min walk from the main taverns and facilities, but there's a lovely Tavern just 2 min walk from there. Also, I could park just in front of the house, but the whole area is a free parking zone!

We had one of the best stays ever out of any trip here in Crete. The room was exceptionally clean and well designed, with high-end furnishings and fixtures. It looks so great! We took pictures to get some ideas for our own house. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. We just had to stay another day. The whole property was exceptional. Great parking lot, the pool was very clean and the water was great. I had a chance to meet the owners and I would highly recommend this hotel or anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay in Crete.
