The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

We loved the restaurant the breakfast is serving , is a wonderful place with orange trees all around makes you feel like you are in the garden and you hear also sounds of birds , that was amazing feeling . Room was exceptional, big, clean and nice. Location of the hotel is very good, building is beautiful, and lobby is luxurious. Breakfest is delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the girl on the reception, Maria. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location, very clean and smelt lovely. It’s a small studio but everything felt very luxurious and the space was really well designed. We were met by Sophia when we arrived and she was just lovely. There was fresh cake to welcome us . There was also a parking space available - although it was quite small it was very secure once we were in .

    Location of this hotel is as central as you can get. It is a bit difficult to find, even with their map. Important info for those traveling with a car, there is underground parking nearby. So your car is safe and cool. Staff is very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was quite basic but ok. City of Ioannina is very beautiful. The lake, the cave, everything. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be sure to visit traditional restaurant Fisa Roufa that is close by. The staff was amazing and their food is so tasty.

    A hotel suitable for transit that has a free underground parking nearby, where the car was safe and cool. We rested very well and left with fresh strength to another destination. The city is picturesque, worth seeing.
