The ambiance, rooms, and service of the hotel were exceptional. I had mentioned that we chose it for our honeymoon. They sent us a bottle of champagne and a fruit gift. All the staff were very kind. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The taste of the food delivered by room service was fantastic.

The moment we arrived at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort, we knew this was going to be more than just a holiday – we loved our stay! Situated on a hillside of Kallithea, this 5-star gem offers sweeping views of the Aegean Sea, a private beach, and an atmosphere that effortlessly blends luxury, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. Our suite was spectacular – spacious, clean, and designed with modern elegance. The private pool, perfectly positioned, became our sanctuary. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the Aegean from our room was a moment of pure peace I’ll never forget. Once we ordered breakfast to our suite. Just Perfect! Whether lounging by one of the communal pools or soaking up the sun by our private pool, every dip felt like a spa experience. The poolside bar added a special touch – sipping on a freshly made cocktail while we were enjoying the view. The staff remembered our favorite drinks by day two. From the moment we got into the Euphoria Spa the soothing ambiance and attentive staff made us feel cared for. The resort’s design is modern, minimalistic, and bathed in natural light. Every space is thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort and privacy. From the grand lobby to the sea-facing terraces, each corner feels curated for beauty and relaxation. Dining at Kresten Royal Euphoria was a daily experience. The main buffet had from fresh Greek salads and grilled seafood to international delights, handmade pasta, and mouthwatering desserts. The true soul of the resort lies in its incredible staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service, we felt genuinely cared for. Each delicious meal, each warm exchange with staff created unforgettable moments. There’s something about this place that reaches beyond luxury – a sense of calm, joy, and connection that stays with you. Best holiday from start to finish. The A la carte restaurants are amazing and the quality of the food is excellent, even at the buffets. The variety of choice of food, different places to eat and three different areas/styles of night entertainment mean you never get bored. This is what makes this place different from your bog standard all inclusive resort. Three swimming pools, kids entertainment and clubs and above all: the staff. Staff are amazing, from reception to housekeeping ,to waiting staff. Martha and Stavros (maitre and restaurant manager) are exceptional. We travelled with a 10 month old who has no teeth yet and eats pureed food, and they made sure his food was prepared fresh every meal and delivered to whichever restaurant of the resort we were eating at. Our 3 year old had so much fun at the two kids' pools and at the beach, and loved the mini club too, which gave us parents a break for a couple of hours during the day. I could write much more but suffice to say that the moment we left we decided to book for next year and are already looking forward to it.

What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This is not an easy task Mitsis Alila do this without fault. Thank you to all we will see you again soon.

The staff at Cabu are extremely friendly and helpful — they find a solution for all your needs. The hotel’s breakfast is very nice and, in my opinion, sufficient. We also really enjoyed the poolside meals. The hotel is truly comfortable and clean. We stayed for five days and genuinely loved our time there. When I mentioned it was my birthday, they sent a cake to the room and the entire reception team celebrated — they’re such a sweet team, really. The only thing that disappointed us was the location of the hotel. It’s very close to the bus stop, but the bus schedule is quite irregular. Renting a car would be a better option. Thank you Cabu team.
