We had a great stay at this hotel! Amy and Korina were super friendly en helpful ( the ladies at the breakfast were also very kind) and they even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room with sea view so my mom could be more comfortable. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and a nice breakfast to start your day with. The rooms were clean and neat and they really care about the environment. The location was just 2 minutes walking from the beach and the restaurants. Overall we had a lovely time and we will definitely come back here!

The staff, the facilities, the food--everything is beyond perfect. Sophia at the front desk and Sophia and Maria at breakfast are the most welcoming and friendliest people I have ever met. They make me feel like family. It just does not get better than Nana P. The breakfast is the best--fresh and delicious and so many options! Beautiful beach for swimming, attentive staff at the beach bar, walking distance to a cute town with cafes and shops, spectacular spa and a comfortable and beautiful room. You will feel like royalty!

I am a solo traveller with 2 kids (digital nomad). The staff went above and beyond to support us, the location was a 10 second walk to the beach, the whole strip was fun to walk across with a mix of family friendly stuff and fun things for single young people too. Amenities close, beach at your fingertips, restaurants and travel support so accessible. The staff were super supportive and accommodating. As a digital nomad, I go from one country+ accommodation to another so have a strong basis of comparison.. the cleanliness and hygiene here was the best I've come across so far which is saying something because my standards are strict with this since I have young children. It wad the first time I stayed at a location and genuinely felt sad saying bye to everyone around us and to the place. The accommodation itself is great because you have everything you need to work, get ready, store your stuff, make home cooked meals etc. The structure is beautiful too with its colours and the balcony was beautiful to work on and unwind with dinner with the kids.

I stayed here for two nights but I wish it had been a week! One of the best resorts I have been to in the world! Not just because of how beautiful and clean the resort is, but also how incredible the service is! I was here for my honeymoon but we decided to take my daughter with us, the hotel caters to all needs. They have a beautiful play area which is safe and fun for children, we were able to leave my daughter and have some alone time. But we also were able to enjoy a lot of activities with my daughter on site! I could write a very long review because I was impressed! The room was spacious and beautiful (we got upgraded for free)! They have lots of amazing restaurants on site! Every single person who works at Stella Aqua Park is incredible! But a special thanks to Anna-Maria who made sure we had a wonderful stay! Like I said I have write all day but I will just end by saying this place is 10/10! Again thank you so much Ana-Maria for everything.

Lovely dining area which looks like it had been recently renovated and a good selection of food on offer, free car parking at the back of the hotel, room was spacious, good air conditioning, pool area was a great place to unwind/cool off

The location of the hotel was great. Everything you need was found nearby. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They tried to find a solution to all problems as quickly as possible. Car parking spaces were also easily found near the hotel. In addition, the night watchman who started his work on June 1 and made sure that the Dutch youth choir song on the balconies stopped at 12:00 in the evenings was also brilliant.

Mrs. Elena was a super host. She was friendly and helpful. A beautiful apartment that was great for a family of four. Being in a smaller town east of Heraklion, we were able to find good, safe street parking nearby.
