Great hotel. We loved the rooms, the breakfast, the hotel itself with a beautiful view. Our chihuahua was welcome. The hotel has a beautiful dog park - the best we have seen! The staff was very helpful, pleasant and polite. The room and bathroom were clean, roomy and had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet - we could not hear any noises - and we were able to relax and get a good night's rest. The breakfast was very nice. The Orange Grove restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and kitchen.

Staff were wonderful, in difficult circumstances they were extremely supportive and obliging. Great breakfast, room was large and beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Only a 5 euro taxi drive into Ioannina.

One of the best places I have stayed! The nature arround the house is wonderful and virgin. If you love nature and authentic people, this is the right place to be! The owners Fotis and Evangelia are very kind. They are making a lot of efforts to please the guests. The rooms are really extremly clean. The homemade products in the tavern downstairs are amazing. Take the breakfast you will not regret it. All in all we felt very cozy in that place. I wish to return and stay a little bit longer in that house. Many thanks to the family!

An amazing place, true to its name! The apartment is easy to locate, with free parking available right outside the building. There's a nearby coffee shop, bakery, and other convenient shops within close reach. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essential amenities. Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Breakfast : Everything homemade and delicious.
