The room was spacious and clean, and included a kettle—though you’ll need to bring your own tea bags. Breakfast is served in a beautifully designed restaurant, with the option to dine on an open terrace directly above the sea. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of items, including made-to-order omelettes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there’s convenient parking right in front of the hotel. I didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic well kept house in a nice quiet location back of the road with plenty of garden. Nice facilities in the house with a cosy feel. Located within easy reach of plant of places to eat or just stay and prep your own food. Nico and his mother are very hospitable and made sure we had everything thing for our stay

The apartament is very clean and comfortable. The wi-fi is very good, The apartment is near to the coffee shops and restaurants. There is a market very close (aprox.100m) to the apartment. If you travel by car there is parking near to the apartament ans it is safe. For the beaches you have to go with the car, but are beautiful with clear water and golden sands.

we had an amazing vaction. the house is great for families and couples. the house is clean and well maintained. the swiming pool is amazing and great for night swims as well. the garden around the pool is super maintained and fun to hang arround. Yanis the owner is very helpful and kind. we recived olive oil, eggs and lemons from his garden on arrival. we will definitely come back.

I can’t not stress how amazing our stay was. It was only a one night after we arrived by ferry. We had some issue traveling (late ferry, thunderstorms, sickness). The staff went beyond to accommodate us and gave us really a 5 star service. From reception desk, to the bar staff, the breakfast and cleaning staff, thank you 🙏 The hotel is great, just outside Patras, parking, restaurant, on the sea, quiet … spacious. We had a free upgrade which was really appreciated. The room with the sea view have big balcony which are a great plus to enjoy the sea view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House by the Sea. Our hostess was super friendly, helpful and accommodating, providing us with exceptional hospitality in true Greek style! Everything was just perfect! The apartment was located in a modern, newly built complex of 2 buildings with 9 suites altogether. Our building had an elevator, which was an added asset, as we didn't need to drag our baggage upstairs :) The apartment was incredibly spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay. The entire complex was beautifully designed with the utmost care and attention to every detail. We loved the pool, which had plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, comfy seats and cushions. There was a supermarket and a 24/7 bakery nearby, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach, which was a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Last but not least - the hosts. We've stayed at many places in Greece, and they all have been welcoming, but no one was like Litsa, the owner at Ennea Suites. I would say that she's the true gem of the whole place: always cheerful and smiling, incredibly hospitable and caring, always ready to help. Thank you, Ennea Suites!
