Very spacious and comfortable with a large balcony that is great for afternoon drinks. Easy walking distance to supermarket and shops. Patra seems to be reinventing itself with level walking streets filled with good shops and plenty of eateries. Patra is a great base to explore the mountains and villages inland. A car gave us easy access to the north via the ferry. We highly recommend both Patra and this accommodation. We would happily return

    Modern and well equipped studio number 1. The free parking spot was a great plus, considering how hard it is to park in Patras. Nice terrace, where one can enjoy the complimentary coffee, provided by the host. Free WiFi and nice bathroom amenities. Quiet location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good air-conditioner.

    Secure parking only 6 euro per day. Breakfast in the roof terrace gives wonderful views along with great food. Good sized room. Outstanding value for money. This is the second year we have stayed here and we will certainly visit again.

    We booked 2 rooms, one suite and a room for 4 (including 2 kids) which were just awesome! The rooms are well-equipped and clean. The suite is huge, well designed and comfortable. Other positive points: a free parking next to the hotel and nice breakfasts at reasonable prices, plus really nice employees.

    Room was lovely and nicely decorated. Towels and sheets were clean. They offered free shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads to remove makeup. Free parking lot was a life-saver. City center is 10 minutes walking distance.
