Very nice house off the beaten track. Quiet, peaceful, with everything you need for a comfortable stay - including exactly the right amount of cats in the garden:) We didn't meet the owner but she was really helpful and the house was perfectly prepared.

The villa was located just off the main road. It was very quiet with a lot of privacy. Everything is/looked brand new. The air conditioning worked really well. The pool outside with the lemon trees was really lovely. My Wife loved the kitchen.

Lovely cottage in a wonderul countryside near Iraklio. The cottage has everything you might need for a relexing and comfortable stay. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in front of the house in the shade of the olive trees very much. The area is quiet at day and night and offers numerous walks of different lenghts in various directions. Our hosts were always available to help us with any information we needed. There is a little supermarket in the nearby village with a very good selection of vegetables, bread and meats. Nearest town Gazi with larger supermakets and a great gift and household goods shop (on the main street, you can´t miss it) and Ammoudara beach are only a 10-15 minutes´ drive away. Crete´s main town Iraklio with the extrodinary archeological museum featuring Minoan culture and civilisation is only 20-30 minutes´ drive away, with parking available in the port for 3 EUR/day. We loved all of it so much that we hope to visit again soon.

Probably the first place where we stayed where the reality exceeds the property photos. This is a gem! Beautiful, tastefully restored little house in a quiet remote village which is really close to Heraklion by car, just in 10 minutes you suddenly find yourself in a different world than the touristy seashore, a piece of traditional, rural Crete. But be aware, you do need a car - which is cheap to rent in Crete anyway. The owners left some tasty local products for us (honey, butter, marmalade, some bakery product, olive oil, even raki!) so we didn't have to care about the first breakfast. There is a place to park just in front of the house which is very convenient. (Don't be shy on the narrow streets that leads there, the car will fit).

3000 level of privacy. Absolutely amazing villa for the price. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation there. I recomend it for everyone. By the way - it’s a sea view villa. You can see the sea and Dia island in a distant view.

Clean modern apartment, with breathtaking big walk-in shower. Nice comfortable bed. We had Garden Suite 1, on the ground floor. They changed our towels every day, they took all the garbage every day, simply grean accomodation. We've spend 4 nights, and wil ldefinetely return.

    Finding the village easy . Finding the house not easy - we had to phone for help ! Plenty of stuff in the fridge which was nice . Plenty of pots and pans to do your own cooking . Needs a bread knife and cutting board. Kafeneio in the village was average the first visit , but friendly , and the second visit (Saturday ) was BBQ night and the food was very good and the wine and raki and free fruit plate were super . Yianni ,the host , was on top form and the place was pacxked ! Parking the car (small) was not easy. Enjoyed the holiday .
