The staff are really friendly. I must mention reception- the evening of our arrival they were exceptional in solving a problem we had. A credit to the hotel chain! When you are tired after a ferry journey and drive the attitude of reception staff is very important! Food was really good - the restaurant having wonderful views over the sea.
