It is in a beautiful peaceful location with gorgeous views . All the communication is done by Google translate as the owners don’t speak English but that wasn’t a problem. An evening meal was prepared for us and was good home cooked food. Their own wine is lovely at the eyes is famous for its wineries. The breakfast buffet is as huge considering that only two rooms were occupied. The parking was good.

A Beautiful big village, locals welcoming and polite, owners of the hotel are very welcoming and kind and the room was very very clean. The view was beautiful, I would stay there again, highly recommended.

An amazing stay. The host prepared everything for us. Since it was easter we had apart the welcome drink easter biscuits, 2 bottles of wine and colored eggs. We definitely suggest the place. It is one of the top bookings we ever made! A big thank you to the host for making feel it like home!

Everything was FANTASTIC and great value for money - the flat looks even better than the pics, brand new equipment, spotlessly clean, super tasteful furniture. Safety doors, the large balcony is a plus, the location is brilliant - close to everything. The reception guy being very welcoming, polite and helpful was an awesome addition to the above (sorry I didn't get your name!). Change nothing please :)

Ioanna's house is a great solution for visiting Ioannina at its best: centrally located but quiet, the house has everything, it feels like home. A parking space protected by a gate, close to the lake, services, bars and restaurants: everything is within walking distance. Automatic check-in. Ioanna also advised us where to eat and on arrival she made us find a welcome basket. Perfect host, I highly recommend her house!
