The hotel's location makes it easy to get to the city's attractions on foot. Everyone at the hotel is very attentive, helpful and willing to help resolve any concerns. In fact, they welcomed us while waiting for our trip, even after we checked out. The facilities are beautiful, quiet and set to calming music. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the food was delicious. It was a wonderful experience! Definitely recommended!

the building is amazing! The room are nice and big enough. The bed super comfy. Felt like in a temple . And the staff! The best ever! Amazing team and everybody did their best to help me and provide me the best experience ever! Loved it every second! Keep me a room for my retirement! Room was clean daily. Wifi is strong. Bathroom is simple but good and have hot water.

The people were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was very good. Room was amazing (junior suite). Price for quality was great. We booked a king room with club lounge access, and this was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip as the staff ( Mel, Calvin, Lovas, and Jove ) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As I'm a vegetarian, I was concerned about the evening cocktail options. I need not have worried as they came up with specialised snacks for me every evening, all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We found the hotel's staff at breakfast to be considerate and friendly every morning, and there was a whole lot of vegetarian options each morning. The breakfast is amazing overall, and the setting,especially outdoors, is truly enjoyable. The property itself is worth exploring, beautifully designed with expansive gardens and traditional details. The gym is small but equipped with everything you need and everyone seemed to enjoy the swimming pools.
