An exceptional spot with an incredible view of Padang Bay. Lush vegetation, a superb swimming pool, and friendly visits from our monkey friends in the morning. The service and staff are truly top-notch. Special mention to Ria, who helped us get to the bank one evening when there were no taxis available. We left this place with only one desire: to return. Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable room. Tasty versatile brekkie. Super nice host who helped us a lot. We ended up visiting the homestay three times between two trips outside of Padang. Besides the basic services of the stay the host took us shopping, helped to get a working Indonesian sim card for me, took us to a holiday lodge outside of Padang, took us back to Padang and in the end to airport. Very social personality. Speaks fluent English. For sure next time we visit Padang we'll stay here 😊

I absolutely loved my stay at The ZHM Premiere Padang! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Even though the rooms are a bit basic the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. I liked the bottled water concept and the water fountain on each floor to refile . The whole hotel staff are doing an amazing job and are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a great selection. Dinner was also very good.
