Good evacuation protocol and concern for peoples safety during the earthquake and the tsunami warning after the earthquake. Hotel been amazing, especially the parking for bikes and the place to order food. Security staff have been great and looked out for our safety whilst dealing with taxi drivers or food deliveries.
