The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The dining experience was exceptional—Magnolia and the Club Lounge both offered incredible food that exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. Our flight was delayed and literally stayed here for a couple of hours. The property is very clean, wifi and air conditioning was good. The host was good communicator and was on hand to give keys. Use the lifts on the right of the lobby desk to get to the room quicker.

Great location, nice hotel. Big food court for breakfast and dinner. Also coffee and juice bar and a supermarket on the lowest floor next to parking lot. Staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to a room with windows so we could enjoy the view over the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Also, try the spa. The pitjit (massage) was amazing.

The price is relatively reasonable for a four star hotel which has a very strategic location in West Surabaya (close to shopping malls, food district and direct access to the highway to the airport). They provide also a large indoor parking area for both cars and motorcycles. The staffs especially at the reception are very helpful and attentive. They even helped me to find the nearest shops when I needed to buy some stuffs.
