Excellent staff and customer service. Excellent rooms, facilities and hotel cleanliness. Great food at the restaurants with plenty of choice. Good value for money. Nagesh cleaned our rooms to an excellent standard. Channa and his associates were always helpful and greeted us everyday with welcoming hospitality at the hotel entrance. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The Paranda and Pallete restaurants could accommodate our particular dietary requirements on request and the food was excellent.

Excellent stay, excellent hospitality, moreover very flexible and understanding staff. The room felt like an apartment with facility for working and all necessary requirements. It's also not far from metro and major railway stations. This would be my place to stay on Bangalore from now on.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very supportive having a friendly attitude truly stood out. The rooms are very good and have all the beautiful view.
