the residence is brand new, the room located on the 2nd floor very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Very bright and quiet. The place is ideally located, close to the temples, a small supermarket and small very good and inexpensive restaurants. The owner welcomes you with great kindness, attentive to your needs ( he gave me very good adresses for good and inexpensive restaurants :-) ) I wish him a lot of success, because we can see that he built this project with heart.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s brand new, very clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent — close to the city and just a short distance from the Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, which made it very convenient for my visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Park Avenue Hotel was a lovely place to stay for a night, the staff for helpful, kind, and assisted me with my requests, including a late check-in (past midnight) and organising a last minute taxi to the airport. I really enjoyed talking to Jobit and the other members of the team, and if I am ever in Trichy again I will definitely return. Breakfast was solid.

Very nice apartment, clean and filled with all we needed. The staff was very polite and extra helpful, and communication was also great. The place has a good location just next to the main gate of the temple. Totally recommended.
