The 2 reception staff, Rahul and Sohan, are the best: kind, polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I get some really good recommendations on the best eateries in the area from them. The hotel is located about 3km away from Gwalior Fort and the train station - just a short tuk tuk ride away. It’s off the noisy main street, but feels like a heavenly calm oasis: quiet and tranquil. The room is as described: spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It smells fresh, too! Both rooms on the top floors are open to a terrace with view of Gwalior Fort. My very simple breakfast did seem amazing with that view.

The property was excellent and the support staff was very cooperative in addition to resolving small issues they were very prompt in helping out and guiding local planning for site seeing.. Also appreciate the owner who was always a phone call away.. Would like to stay again at the same house if and when in gwalior....

Exceptional staff and services. We got in quite exhausted after our travelling and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relax. Special mention Ashok from the front office, Kavitha the chef, Santosh in house keeping and Chandini and Vanitha from hospitality/ Food and beverage.
