This property is located at a very good location. In Thodupuzha town but away from the crowd and traffic from the city. Close to all amenities. The view from the balcony is so picturesque. The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.

From the first day to the last, it has been an unforgettable experience, and leaving the hotel makes me feel a little sad. The room is huge and always super clean, the sunset from my window, the food is delicious, and the staff? What can I say? They are fantastic people who treat me well despite the language barrier. I had some contact with the manager, who was very professional, helpful, and super-accommodating. The truth is: you need very little to be happy, and the same goes for making others happy. I recommend a hotel to anyone passing through the area or looking to experience the true idiosyncrasies of this Malayalam society in a local environment. Thank you so much
