It’s new, clean, fresh. The beds are comfortable and they even provided soft, plush towels (honestly, it’s a rarity in India to get towels that aren’t thread-bare!!!) The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location walking distance into town. Restaurant attached to the hotel services great food and good selection for buffet breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel pool is small but perfect for a small amount of chill time.

Everything!!! We arrived, saw the room, and immediately booked an extra night. Tibin was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable and booked taxis and tuk tuks for us. He took us on a really informative coffee plantation tour, including seeing it harvested. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and a great balcony overlooking the plantation. The location is a little way from town, but a few minutes in a tuk tuk. We hired a scooter to get about. We were also looked after by Mr Purushothaman, who cooked some incredible Kerela food, and Mr Puttannan, who made sure we'd got everything we needed. He also showed us things in the plantation and was very proud of it. This was one of the best homestay's we've stayed in, and will hopefully return one day!

stayed at Wayanad Oasis Villa for 4 days and had a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and completely safe for a family stay. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. He provided delicious home-cooked breakfast and personally helped us plan our 3-day sightseeing itinerary. He also arranged a taxi for visiting nearby attractions, which made traveling very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Wayanad.

The place is new (as of May, 2024) and has ample space for parking. Nearby there are multiple restaurants and places to go shopping. Has a mini kitchen with bare necessary utensils to make some quick dishes or boil milk in case of emergency.

Very peaceful, clean and in a calm locality with spacious rooms/balcony/bathroom. Shri Ajay and Smt Kavya are very thoughtful and excellent hosts. They made our stay very memorable by going the extra mile and helping with all our requests. They also assist with itinerary planning, vehicle etc. Food is vegetarian and very good. All necessary amenities like hot water, power backup, free parking, filtered drinking water, refrigerator, kitchen etc. are available. Overall a wonderful stay.

It was independent house with 3 rooms on 1st floor.We occupied 1 room. Room and common hall were spacious with common balcony.Ample car parking space.
