The most beautiful and thought through place my wife and I ever visited. The house is a mixture between English cottage and tiny home and offers every convenience you could wish for. It's the lovely details in furniture and accessories that made me instantly feel at home when coming through the front door.

Due to some harsh weather conditions we almost canceled our stay there but fortunately we didn’t. It was a really nice stay there. The apartment is well equipped. In the kitchen is almost everything you need, the only thing we missed was some salt which would have been a nice addition as we haven’t bought any, because of the availability in all the other apartments. But this was the only minor thing you could complain about at this beautiful apartment. The Host was extremely nice, as the weather conditions got even worse over the night and all the roads where closed in the morning she offered us to check out later or even stay an additional night. Thanks a lot to the host, but luckily we didn’t need to use the offer as we were fortunate enough that the one road we needed to get to the next apartment was opened again. Now to the best part of the apartment: the bathroom. The bathroom just feels luxurious. All marble stone, just exquisite and extremely clean. The interior is quite nice designed and nice artistically set up. Definitely worth staying there.

Very friendly service. We were there for the race weekend of Fossavatnsgangan 2024 and the hosts even put a breakfast package for us to the fridge. They also immediately helped when our car got stuck in snow. Just wonderful kind, gracious and helpful people!

This is one of the most charming places I have ever stayed. The breakfasts and the pizza at dinner were first class and served with a smile, a chat and a warm welcome.

Could not have been a more pleasant stay. The host really goes above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. The apartment is HUGE and has everything you need and the town is quaint. The host gave us a tour of the immediate area, shared local history, and even let us try shark. Cannot recommend enough. We hope to be back again!

Everything was great! Very cozy place, comfortable rooms, clean showers, kitchen with everything you need. The iwner is very welcoming, met me personally to show me the room. Beautiful valley surrounded by mountains.
