The location was amazing, you could see right across to the glaciers from the cabin window. Stefan was very friendly when we met him and let us know we had a chance of seeing the northern lights! We saw them and the view from the cabin was beautiful. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The water was really warm for the shower and the cabin was kept toasty warm too!

Lovely cozy place, small but properly equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (up and downstairs), friendly owners. Nice breakfast, unusual dining area - also concert place. Despite being only two people there at the time, owners set up full hall for our meal

We got the spectacular mountain view room so we could clearly see the glacier outlets. Great location for chasing the northern lights because the surroundings are farms with not much light. The food is nice. We had the signature local langoustine soup and vanilla ice cream for dinner and they were splendid. Rankes among my most favourite dishes in Iceland so far. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Nice place, good managed, free tea and coffee in the canteen. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly staff with the exception of front-desk lady who shouted at us being 5 minutes before closure (10 pm) in the lobby.

Great location - saw the northern lights and views are very pretty. Room was big and comfy. Heaters worked very well and kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. All in all a perfect stay for us!
