Super cabin exceeding all the expectations! Nice, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything what could be needed (even coffee capsules). Very comfortable, the interior was created with an eye for the practical details. The view is spectacular. We would love to return.

A beautiful and very modern cabin in a serene setting with almost no one around. Exceptional attention to detail with nothing left to chance. Excellent shower and bathroom. Very spacious, super modern even by hotel standards, with a really comfy bed. Top to bottom glass walls with beautiful views over the bay with seals (telescope included!) - watching them was great! Supermarket less than a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were wonderful. If you are the area and looking for peace and quiet, look no further - very highly recommended!

Everything, stunning location with a wide view over the valley, no light pollution (perfect to see Northern Lights). We stayed in the old house(should I say retro vintage?), luckily there were no other guests so we had it for ourselves😎. Beautifully arranged and spotless clean, rooms and bathroom are very modern, the rain shower was a high point, after driving 450km. Kitchen has everything we needed to prepare a great breakfast (it was my birthday), including free coffee and other items. Furniture brought us to another time in the past. We would definitely stay again

The host is a very kind person. The 4 person house is authentic and beautiful, spacious, well stocked, clean. Everything easy to find, lots of great places to walk around in, enjoy long sunsets, drive around the peninsula in even just one day.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Hjarðarholt, Mirror Suite is a holiday home surrounded by views of the mountain.

Isabelle and Marat are exemplary hosts and couldn’t have been more charming. The suite itself was exceptional in design and comfort and a great deal of thought had gone into the detail - beautiful linens and robes, well equipped kitchen and my favourite Skandinavisk toiletries. After some quite energetic salmon fishing it was wonderful to wind down at this wonderful suite, easing tired limbs in the sauna (with exceptional views) and falling into the most comfortable bed to dream about the lax! Here we could really enjoy Icelandic life with a lot of sheep around. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, The owner is super friendly , the house is clean and has a nice design. We had a beautiful landscape view from the room if there is a good aurora forecast this is a great place to see it. Felt like at home. They are also selling icelandic sweaters for an affordable price.

We had a great one night stay in Dalahyttur, the surrounding ist amazing, the rooms brand new, warm and comfortable. The hosting woman is amazing, and so were dinner and breakfast. We had a delicate storm that night, but we fehlt secure and cosy.
