The apartment is fully equipped with everything one may think of! The hostess is very nice and helpful, easily available whenever needed. She offered us free (and very good) coffee and tea throughout our stay. The apartment is big and comfortable with enough space for a family of 4 and even 6 persons. Bathroom is new, clean and very nice! Location is also very good. Free parking is available on the street not far from the apartment.

A sparkling clean apartment with gorgeous views over the lake from a terrace spanning a large comfortable bedroom and a spacious living room which can also double up as a bedroom. The hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming, they provided all that was needed and some lovely perks as well. Contact was prompt and very friendly. We spent a fantastic 4 days cycling around Como and dipping in and out of the lake. Great location, highly recommend

The view is fantastic! The property is very clean. Overall facilities in the apartment are great especially the air conditioning, shower, kitchen and balcony. Location is acceptable if one has a car to get some groceries or explore the area. Travelling by ferry is possible if one has few days to explore Lake Como area. While the pier is in only 15-min walking distance, the ferry will take 1 hr to reach Bellagio. In this case, the connecting Ferries to other towns like Lenno, Menagio, Varenna or Bellano are only possible in Bellagio.

    We loved the place! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and super cozy. Francesca thought about everything: all kitchen appliances and even detailed usage instructions were provided. We loved the atmosphere, the peacefulness of the area, and the mountain view. The area was not filled with tourists and felt very authentic. Safe underground parking was a nice addition too.

    We booked this hotel because of the view but we were on the first floor and the view would have been better if we were higher up as the car park is very much the first thing you see, but the view was however still nice. The staff were all very lovely, the breakfast was good as was the free parking.

    Easy accessible by car. Parking lot available. Room was spacious with balcony, table and chairs incl awning. Restaurant around the corner was very good. Definitely can recommend this hotel for a stopover.

    We were very satisfied with our stay, the apartment itself offers everything you need. The location of the apartment next to a stream and a quiet street is a very quiet location, with a large parking lot for cars. Outdoor swimming pool, which is a great relaxation for children. 5 min walk to the beach. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, a liter of very tasty red wine awaits you in the apartment, as well as drinks for the children. We can only recommend.👍👍

    The proximity to the ferry and lake were great. 2 minutes and your at both. 3 minutes your at the supermarket. Breakfast each morning was great. Had air conditioning, stove, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen was well stocked. We had parking but it was not secure parking. Owners very nice. Communication was good.

    The best possible experience and great host. Apartment has all you need for long time and short time stay. Great views from all windows and 2 balconies. Free parking spot 👌 next to the building . This is the second time at Giulia's apartament and we are planning next one in nearby future. Thank you again and see you soon! :-)

    Very good breakfast! Lovely cheerful lady at breakfast taking our coffee orders :) Awesome restaurant right next to the hotel (Babadulac) which was a bonus. Nice view to some mountains and lake can also be seen a bit. Cleaning service everyday - fresh towels and bed made. Good to have a small fridge for some snacks. Nice size bathroom. Room also big enough for luggage to be open. Secured parking lot behind locked gate. Good big long pillows.
