    A 10 😱😍Excellent! Our first 10. Andrea, David and Giovani, wonderful trio runs this excellent hotel. Elevators, 4 blocks from the free beach, Breakfast, Clean, playground, parking, indoor-outdoor sitting. Simplicity meets comfort and class. Wheelchair accessible too. Peaceful and safe.

    The check in was quick and straight forward. The building and the room were fantastic - fully renovated, bright, equipped with AC. The breakfast in the morning was spot on. Parking on premises was definitely a great bonus, since the streets were pretty narrow and on-street parking scarce. There is a train track just beside the hotel - it didn't bother us at all but something to bear in mind.

    Very charming apartment in the old Verezzi: when you sit outside, you hear the buzz of the old town and watch the cats laying in the windowsills looking down at the people in the alley. Very useful to have an indicated parking spot. Very useful suggestions for dinner locations.
