I liked many things 1) It was a beautiful place 2) It was in a nice neighborhood. 3) The owners were really helpful. I had two awkward requests and all of them were completely satisfied, such as late check in and special food supply. 4) Magnificent breakfast. Excellent taste, quality and choices. Moreover homemade and feel like mom's place. I really loved stracciatella cheese, thought that was mozzarella but was much tastier. 5) Rooms very comfortable and new.

The owner was so friendly and warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very hearty. We even had dinner and wine there. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful and restful stay after Milan.

We were so impressed with our stay and the service provided by Ahmad. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for better. My wife and i agreed that it was a highlight of our trip to Europe. The setting, food, atmosphere and friendliness of Ahmad and bernadette was truly outstanding. Will be back at some stage for sure. Beautiful, modern property run by fabulous people. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit & freshly made cooked eggs. We had a regular room overlooking the pool- it was perfect. E-bikes to hire so we rode to the lovely old town of Varzi. (Greenways rail trail was next to the hotel). Good bar & restaurant in Codavilla.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The host family was so warm and kind, and the hostess herself was simply outstanding. We were blown away when she cooked a special dinner just for us, which was a truly unique and delicious experience. The house itself has an older charm but is incredibly cozy and comfortable. Every morning, we were treated to a perfect breakfast, prepared exactly to our wishes. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making our stay special. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a one-of-a-kind experience we wouldn't want to miss. We give it ten out of ten points and highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality.

    It is a very beautiful place, with views of the beautiful hills with vineyards. convenient parking, self check-in is possible - we received the keys from the box with the code, as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment area is very large, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a wonderful breakfast is waiting for you right in the room. The hosts were always in touch via WhatsApp, we are very grateful to them for their clear instructions and hospitality.
