After 12 days of travelling in Italy this was without a doubt the best place we stayed. Mrs Jinling gave us a warm and wonderful reception and the flat was spacious, well furnished, with interesting Italian antique furniture, and cosy. The setting is exceptional surrounded by virgin forest on the mountain. The silence of the night meant I had the best sleep of the trip. The breakfast was a veritable feast with lots of healthy options. We definitely want to return someday. Mrs Jingling sends detailed information on how to arrive. Make sure you follow her instructions... because the road she tells you NOT to use we did use by mistake after going out.. and it is impassible. Her recommended route is fine.

The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. We were made very welcome by Jarno. He met us at the parking spot and assisted us down to the B & B. He showed us to our accommodation which was on the top floor. He made us some delicious pizza on our first evening with a nice cold glass of wine. Jarno made a lovely breakfast which set us up for the day. The accommodation was traditional, very spacious, clean and well equipped with balcony views which were breathtaking. This was a perfect place for us to unwind and relax away from the busy towns & cities.

    Excellent terrace where we ate all our meals with a view of mountains and lake. Always some shade available. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is a typical 70's style Italian residence. Spacious bedroom sitting room and kitchen. Bath with shower. Parking adequate. Very peaceful.

    Highlight at the end of our vacation... Top-maintained accommodation in a super property with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. Centrally located, the sights are easy to reach. Plenty of parking available. Host Manuel is very accommodating and gave us lots of great tips for our stay. The restaurants in Castellvecana - especially Pizza & Basta and Sunset Bistro as well as Da Gennario - are also highly recommended.

    The property is beautiful and so is the view from the balcony. Manuel is brilliant, greeted me outside, helped me with parking, it was late in the day so helped me with a reservation at a local restaurant which turned out to be the best meal I’ve had in Italy! My room was perfect, everything I needed, lovely balcony. I had a bath which was exactly what I needed to unwind! Cracking stay, I’ll be coming back to show my partner!

    This B&B is exceptional, with the best hosts we have come across. Elena and Claudio were so friendly and helpful, and offered a super breakfast. When we arrived after a long journey the welcome and offer of an upgrade of our room to one with a balcony was wonderful. Great location, with a 10 minute walk to Lake Maggiore and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great parking and a number of restaurants by the lake. Would definitely recommend.
