We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chioggia. Mirco was a wonderful host and helped us with information about buses and timetables. The property has been beautifully renovated and has a lift. Very handy as we were on the 4th floor. We were made to feel very welcome, and enjoyed our breakfast and fabulous shower.

Lorenzo is a supehost, so helpful and caring. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. The b&b is in a Central location in the old town. We couldn't have stayed in a better place. We were greeted by the most charming elderly man, who radiated all the cozy, welcoming vibes you can imagine. He immediately made us feel like we were part of the family, giving us tips on where to find the best local restaurants and then personally escorting us to our room to make sure we knew every detail. The hospitality here is next level. The room itself? Cozy, spotless, and just the right balance of old-world charm with modern comforts. You get all the character of a centuries-old building, but none of the “I’m afraid to touch this antique dresser” anxiety. Plus, it smells great, which is always a win. And the breakfast? Oh, the breakfast! It was like waking up to a gourmet feast—amazing coffee, delicious food, and that same homey feeling you get throughout your entire stay. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay that's full of heart, character, and the kind of hospitality you thought only existed in movies. Just make sure you save room for breakfast—you won’t want to miss it!

Beautiful apartment designed with very good taste. Very helpful Staff. Georgia gave us a lot of tips about the town, restaurants, parking lots You can't find a better location in Chioggia.! Spectacular view over the canal is amazing. You can feel like in Venice but with no crowd around 😀

Very clean, pleasantly decorated apartment in a central location. Good sound insulation. It felt like one of those demonstration mini-homes they have in IKEA showrooms - amazing how much they can fit in a tiny space! Very secure parking. All facilities were quite new and worked well. Lovely town.
