High end, sophisticated, substantial, and very stylish apartment. This apartment is huge and particularly suited to families with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a fussball table in the kids room as well as play equipment outside. The owners are on site and very helpful if needed. The area is in woodland with small lake near by, easy to locate and access. U2 and D'piu supermarkets are not far away. This really is a wonderful apartment and includes many extra consumables. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness! This is an amazing place to stay. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s close enough to the lake and other amenities but far enough away to be quiet when you want to relax. The highlight of staying here is the restaurant. The food is superb. Everything is made fresh and they use quality ingredients. This is Michelin star quality food without the price tag. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who enjoys quality, comfort, peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands. We had an unforgettable stay in this amazing apartment right in the heart of Luino! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect: two cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Beautifully decorated and appointed modern apartment with everything we needed for our short stay to Lake Maggiore. Stunning views across the lake, fabulous balconies and a short 15 minute walk down into the lovely town that has great pizzerias. We'd highly recommend a visit to Alice Beach too (1 hour drive south). Thank you for a wonderful stay and the surprise gifts on arrival were perfect!
