Absolutely amazing Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, on top of a hill with a view of the mountains and the ocean. The pool is very nice and has good stretchers and enough umbrellas. The wifi works perfectly everywhere. The room is spotless. The hotel restaurant has amazing food. Highly recommend this place!

The village is alpine one and near (by car) San Marino. All the village's ways are narrow and inclined. The room's building is surrounded by a wonderful mountainous nature. From the window we had an amazing landscape with the islands of houses inside the forest.

A beautiful place to stay and explore the surrounding countryside. My Dad's younger brother brother was killed in action in Coriano during WWII, I fulfilled a 37yr old promise to myself to honour his grave. La Sivana B&B was a great place to stay during this time.

A beautiful spot in the lovely Italian nature. If you're looking for a authentic stay in Italy this is the place. No luxury, but plain old and simple structure with wooden beams in the ceiling. Enjoy Vania's culinary breakfast with the astonishing view of the hills. We will definitely come back.

We stayed for only one night but everything was perfect. Room was incredible, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we didn't use the pool, but it looked amazing. The view from our room was so beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic too. Hosts are very nice as well. I think we are gonna come back in a year or two and stay more than one night. I highly recommend this place!

Everything! The host, Marina, has a wonderfully warm and calm personality and couldn't have been more helpful to us. She has done a remarkable job of restoring the old building in an authentic and tasteful way. Breakfast was huge, served outside in the patio with a great choice of croissants and homemade fare, including, bread, almond cake and jams,( incl mulberry); she also offered to do eggs but we were already quite full up by then!

Everything was exceptional. Beautiful gardens, very nice room, impeccable hospitality. Breakfast was very varied and served at the greenhouse in the garden. Amazing views of the sea was a bonus.

    Staff is world class, the absolute best people. Very friendly, very helpful and always up for a chat. Even in English! Food at restaurant is great, location of guest house with awesome view is great, bedroom with aircon is great. Location is also great, close (20 min drive) to the sea and nearby cities like Riccione, Rimini and Republica di San Marino. Guest house has private parking and plenty of free parking on the street. Kitchen is well equipped also.
