We had a lovely experience. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is brand new and done to a great standard. It was our first time in Cortina and did not know what is where. The staff was so nice, they offered to drive us to show us where it is. The breakfast was always lovely and overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

Hotel was very clean, facilities were great, location was excellent as well. Exceptional staff who were ever willing to help. One of the signore even helped us put on snow chains on our car and taught us how to remove them. Highly recommended and will definitely book again

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, they were all helping with all our needs and always with a smile. Apartment isn't big but we managed, lovely balcony with view and very comfortable beds. Location perfect with parking service. Close to all restaurants and shops, 2 min walk to the supermarket. Also they have a great pizza if you don't want to eat outside, they delivery to the room. Really recommended, perfect place for families.

The best weather is in the morning and you often have to start at 6.00 or earlier and this is not breakfast opened, rather you buy something in the shop in advance. Mikaela was an excellent and helpful host! She was always ready to attend to us when we needed something. The place is perfectly located in a quite neighborhood with a local grocery shop just 6 mins walk away if you need to quickly grab food supplies. The property had an excellent view of the mountains surrounding the area and very close to the center. Recommended for groups and families as there's plenty of space and beautifully designed bathrooms.

Daniela was a great hostess and we had a wonderful experience staying in her apartment. The apartment is really beautiful and extremely comfortable, the bath is really hot and the kitchen is really spacious. The bed and the pillows are really comfortable as well. Daniela was incredible.
