The place is spectacular, relaxing, surrounded by green hills, and you can even see the sea from the balcony. It has all you need to have a good rest. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, they were ready to give advices on where to eat and what events to visit, it's a pity we were only staying for one night, I wish we could stay more. The home made breakfast was really delicious.

The staff really make this place extra special- everyone from Marica at Reception, to the ladies in housekeeping, the staff working in the restaurant and the lovely gentleman tending to the gardens. Breakfast is abundant with lots of variety and the rooms are very comfortable and cooled efficiently by interesting building technique. The food at the restaurant is very good - I ate 3 dinners and 1 lunch there and tried many different things (including their wines and fantastic olive oil). Lastly the pool area with amazing views from the Adriatic to the little hamlet of Monteprandone with vineyards and olive trees in so relaxing, it’s hard to drag yourself away from the Agriturismo to do any sightseeing.

Location was perfect. Very close to train station and centre. Breakfast is in a cafe near by. 1 drink +1 pastry only but there is a shared kitchen in the house with other guests, coffee machine and fridge if you like to have your own. Supermarket, cafe is less than a minute walk. Stanislao and his family is lovely and he is always available to help. Very nice and clean place. I'd def stay there again.
