Our faboulous host Andrea is an outstanding cook and showed us every day how to celebrate, to discuss and enjoy the art of cooking and preparing the food and beverages of Monferrato combined with some greetings from Tuscany. Everything was absolutely perfect: the location is breathtaking, the staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations, the food was simply amazing, everything was extremely clean with a lovely homey perfume. We felt at home and we will go back for sure. We also recommend booking the wine tasting, as it's a one of a kind experience which introduces you even more to the story of Canonica.
