Very helpful and welcoming host. Obviously cares about the comfort of guests and is very accommodating. We asked about a rack to dry laundry, and a few minutes later the host had returned with one from the store. If you are walking the via di Francesco from Rome, grab food and groceries on the way as otherwise you need to backtrack into town.

Place was Really Amazing, We were there with my Wife 2 nights, everything was as in offer. Comfortable warm room, with Beautiful View on Lake placed between mountains. Tasty Breakfast, with many details prepared by Andrea and His Family. This all Story about the Object what He tell us in the beginning make us Impressed Much more, and with Pure Heart we Recommend this Place For Every Person And Pair 😉❤

Really a nice place to sray. Very clean and spacious room. Double aircon to keep the apartment pleasant and even a small pool to cool down. Nice little old city Sandro was very helpful and even offered a ride to nearby monastery. We will be back 🙂

Perfect location about 200 meters from the beach, private parking, exactly like in the pictures if not better. You can see the lake nicely from the balcony. Everything is new and completely clean. The room and bathroom are cozy. There is a lounge area with mini fridge, coffee machine and packed breakfast. The milk frother makes wonderful foam. The owner was very nice and let us check-out whenever since there weren't many tourists in the town at the end of the summer season. We were able to park our road bikes securely. We would have loved to stay longer at this time of year (beginning of September). We basically had the lake to ourselves for swimming, and it was perfect. I highly recommend it.
