The location is excellent. Gianpiero and Alessandra waited for us at the railway station, the communication was great. They helped us with everything from ordering our food on arrival to making the reservation at the restaurant for the next day (my birthday). The apartment was warm and cosy, water and wine in the fridge, coffee, tea, pasta, biscuits and some other things were waiting for us. Varese Prime was the best apartment I have ever booked.

This air bnb is really exceptional! I’ve apprecieted the hospitality of the family and felt very good during the whole stay. The breakfast was delicious, great cappuccino:). The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. There is free parking in the garden. The family owns two wonderful dogs:) and some cats.

We are travelling across Europe, we was plenty of different apartman, hotel..etc but this was the first 10 points stay. The owner was extremely kind and toughtfull literally like a caring granny. Recenty refurbished building everthying in working order with free parking. 15min walk from the downtown and 20 min walk from the train station. The owner currently struggling with the langugage but even her online translator was fun too. We are love this place

In one room in a basement, there was not only a bedroom, but also kitchen supplies, including a coffee machine, a kettle, a hob, etc. We were surprised with a box of snacks, which, after a long day driving, was a great deal. Also cold, filtrated water was waiting for us in a fridge. The shared bathroom was clean, and we could also find a sponge and liquid for washing dishes. Just if you plan to get to the beach, it is not recommended on foot, as there is no pavement at some point.

The apartment was amazingly clean and tidy. There's everything You need for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine was perfect and with a super quality coffee pods / for me coffee is a very big need for my early wake ups /. Bathroom was perfect, nice decorations, very very good arrangement. I feel very good and calm at my booking there. Also Federico is very nice and helpful and always ready for anything I needed. I will come back with pleasure.
