The flat is right in the heart of Venice. It s a really nice place on the canal with a great view. The owner is a little difficult. We had some problems with the heat but in the end he accepted to take measures. I ve given a 10 for the great location, great city and for the nice apartament. I hope the owner learnes to be more kinder with his customers. Best regards,

There is a lift, no need to carry luggage’s. Breakfast was great with option to dine in and out. However pigeons were annoying and we could sit outside in the beautiful garden

Clean hotel, good breakfast in an adjacent hotel. It can be reached on foot from the parking lot which costs 35E for 24 hours. the beautiful scenery.  At the reception, I met a gorgeous woman from Romania whom I greeted with love!
