Amazing hotel and design. The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

Staff were so friendly and there were complimentary check-in matcha drinks and traditional snacks for us. I love how the room was well equipped with amenities and bathroom products. The hotel was awesome. It was clean, the beds where comfortable, there was a tv with Holu. A place for baggage, separate bathroom from the shower. There were new bed sheets everyday and even pijamas in the style of Haori. The hotel has a public hot bath.
