An excellent stay at the bottom of the ropeway after walking from T18 Onzanji. Great location below T21 Tairyuji. Meals were excellent and the staff were welcoming, very kind and friendly. Nice rock baths. Clean and as shown in photos. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location, very kind and friendly staff, fantastic room and clean facilities and the meals were exceptional. We called from the ropeway station and they collected us within 20 minutes which was nice after a long day of walking. This place is so great it’s my second time back.

We stayed two nights. Absolutely loved the big bath to soak in. The massage chair was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Very clean accommodation with good amenities. We liked the location as it suited our travels. The house was close to one of the 88 temples.

The house was absolutely adorable and beautiful. Masae, the owner, was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. She personally prepared our breakfast, and even made a special vegetarian option just for me – I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness! The hosts are such cute and lovely people. They offered me various recommendations on where to eat and what to see and do. They allowed me to use their bicycle for free to explore the city, and even gave me a huge apple as a parting gift :’) I felt so well taken care of. Professional and welcoming staff and cosy rooms. Excellent location, right next to the station and bus terminal. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Larger bathroom and bathtub compared to other similar standard Japanese chain hotels. Great breakfast with allergens listed on food which made it easier for vegetarians. Plenty of options for vegetarians which was good to find in Japan. Great stay, would stay again if I was in Tokushima.
