Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Staff: The lord lady is very patient and I am appreciate that she waited us until 12:00 pm. We also had nice talks about life, playing and works. Properties near Niseko are usually quite expensive but this was an affordable option with great amenities. We rented a car so we didn’t use the shuttle service so can’t comment on that but the parking was sufficient and only an 8-minute drive to Hirafu Gondola. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast as well, self-serviced but there’s a variety. Oh and there’s a convenience store and supermarket just next to the property so getting food and supplies is no problem at all.
