check in instruction were very clear with photos and easy to follow directions. it was easy to get the key. once inside all the amentities were labelled, including remote controls. this is not an old house, all the amenities are modern including bath control. lots of towels and essentials like toothbrushes and cooking oil.

Room is comfy, looks like refurbished old house. It has some nostalgic furnitures which is really good. Staff helped us a lot during check in and is friendly. It’s only one minute to the beach and location is very good, 10mins to Odawara Castle.

This was our 18yr old daughter’s favourite accomodation on our Japan trip. It is cute and unique to where we live in NZ. You can walk around the harbour. We are at the Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away. We stayed here because we had a booking for the fun2 drive sports cars in Hakone. Easy to catch a bus to and from fun 2 drive
