THIS is the experience you want in Japan. Away from the city in a traditional japanese house, clean and comfy with a spiritual depth to it. Host is amazing, Yossy is a very friendly and caring person, he will do his best to make your experience in Kumano-shi unforgettable, take you on tour or share a meal in a local restaurant. This place is a wonderful place to explore the beautiful area from. The accommodation is a lovely mix of modern and traditional, very peaceful, and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The homemade bagels were the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of bagels from around the world! Also, he provides wonderful freshly squeezed mandarin juice from the hosts farm. I loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!
