EVERYTHING! The people running it are adorable! The japanese style room fabulous! The shared shower rooms and toilets spotless! The location is peaceful but still close to all main areas. The free beer, coffee, tea was a lovely touch and the kitchen area is well equipped. A great little spot! Highly recommended.

A beautiful location. Rriver view is outstanding! During cherry blossoms, it should be absolutely magical. The room is a great combination of a traditional ryokan and a modern hotel, has everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We also were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. We visited public baths and liked it.
