Staff family were really nice and polite. They introduced all things you need to know. We arrived a bit late for check-in due to the train from Osaka Kansai. However, they waited us until 8 pm. This property close to my famous place around the city. Whereas you can walk through there from the train station. Sadly, we stayed there only a night. Wish to be there again! Oh btw, they have a free-flow green tea to serve you with a greaten taste ever.

Very warm welcome. Very helpful staff and owner. Their kindness makes you feel at home. Very clean and nice rooms. Another big plus, the hotel is very near Kyoto Station (that was very convenient for us). Will definetly choose this hotel anytime I am back to Kyoto.

This home was immaculate! You can tell that the owners have an immense level of pride in their space. Communication with Yuki was clear, prompt and polite. The location was great with access to a Fresco, Watts, Convenience Stores and restaurants just a short stroll away. This was our base from which to see much of Kyoto by foot, I highly recommend for a traditional Japanese home experience.
